Kesha Ingram

Kesha Ingram, MSW, ASW a certified grief educator, currently serving in a hospice organization, has 15+ years of working with women, teens, veterans and military children and families in a variety of mental health settings. As a military spouse, Kesha has a unique perspective as it relates to grief and loss and works to bring awareness to the physical, mental, and spiritual impact of non-death losses experienced not only by the military community, but also by historically underserved populations. Kesha takes a holistic approach when working with individuals and groups and offers culturally appropriate support and strategies that focus on eating well, exercising, mindfulness, journaling and bibliotherapy to help guide them through their grief journey.
